Building on our partnership with Sweenor Builders and This Old House, Graceke Design was excited to lead interior design services for the Seaside Victorian project in Narragansett, RI.

Located in the heart of the Pier neighborhood, and within easy walking distance to the beach, this 1887 home was in poor condition when our project began.  Our challenge was to reimagine interiors with a more open floorplan suited to modern living, while staying true to the historic character and charm of the home. 

Today, new meets old!  With the full restoration and addition project complete, comfortable light-filled spaces preserve the home’s unique, traditional design features.
